Region Group is an ASX-listed, internally managed real estate investment trust (REIT) that is Australia's largest owner of convenience-based retail centres, with a portfolio of 101 convenience-based retail properties as at 31 December 2025. Woolworths Group and Coles Group serve as anchor retail partners at more than 97% of the properties, providing strong, non-discretionary income underpinned by long leases. Originally demerged from Woolworths in late 2012 as SCA Property Group (ASX: SCP), the business was renamed Region Group (ASX: RGN) from 24 November 2022 and is headquartered in Sydney.
