Resolve a company and exchange before requesting a dataset. A successful profile response does not imply that prices, financial statements, or report conversions exist for that listing.
Choose the response contract
Use the dataset reference to choose query parameters and inspect response envelopes. Prices use bars; financial statements use periods; filing discovery uses filings. Preserve metadata alongside the values.
Operate a reliable client
Handle access errors and rate limits before adding concurrency. Check actual stored coverage and dates rather than inferring availability from a provider's wider market universe.
