Discover filing metadata
GET /api/v1/companies/{ticker}/filings accepts source=sec_edgar or asx, form_type, exchange, and limit from 1 to 100 per source. Read the filings array. SEC forms and ASX annual or half_year report types have different source vocabularies; preserve source and accession_number with each record.
Separate dates and formats
filing_date is the release or filing date and can be null; report_date identifies the period end when available. SEC document_url points to EDGAR. ASX document_url points to the API's stable download route. markdown_url is optional and appears only where a stored conversion exists.
Use stable links correctly
The ASX download endpoint returns the PDF body by default without an API key. format=markdown requires X-API-Key. redirect=true returns a short-lived signed storage redirect; store the stable download URL instead. Company profile markdown URLs use a separate presigned mechanism and should be refreshed from the profile response.
